The body in the US national park has been identified as Gabby Petito although the murderer is still unknown and her abusive boyfriend is still missing.
The relationship between Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie was getting worse day by day.
Petito was under so much stress that a few days ago, she told the police about how they have been fighting since morning. It was clear that things were not going smoothly between them. Her boyfriend was an aggressive person who even slapped her multiple times and forbade her to tell the police about it.
People in their neighborhood also noticed the situation of their relationship and called the police to report a domestic abuse case.
According to them, the man used to physically abuse his girlfriend who was trying to work things out between them, not realizing the level of toxicity that she was facing. Earlier, a female ranger warned the poor girl too and asked her to end this relationship as it’s not worth it, but the girl didn’t pay heed to her warning.
Brian Laundrie is now missing with his parents, and the police have searched his house.
After the murder, the ranger who met the girl earlier feels sorry about it and blames herself that she could’ve used better words to make Petito realize that she deserves someone better. She further proclaimed that she is still hearing her sobs, and it is so heartbreaking for her.
