There is plenty of panic and fear in the Buckingham Palace after Prince Charles has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 again.
Now, there is major concern for the Queen’s health after it was revealed how she happened to be in his close presence and direct contact during this time.
While her Majesty is not currently displaying any symptoms, the Palace has refused to confirm whether or not she had been tested positive or negative, citing issues relating to medical privacy.
The 95-year-old spent time with the Prince of Wales on Tuesday where her eldest son happened to be carrying out a proceeding on her behalf at her Majesty’s residence in Windsor Castle.
This marks the second time that Prince Charles has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, the first time being in the month of March in the year 2020.
At that time, he had only mild symptoms and complained of a loss of taste as well as smell.
Recently, the Duchess of Cornwall had tested negative for the virus but she did reveal during her solo engagements on Thursday how her husband Charles is currently in the midst of self-isolating and is finding the entire situation to be very tiresome.
On the other hand, another palace source has gone on to reveal how the situation is certainly alarming and will definitely be monitored from a close angle. However, Palace sources have also clearly mentioned how a running commentary regarding the Queen’s health will not be revealed to the public due to privacy concerns.
At the moment, the 73-year-old Prince is not believed to be showing any serious symptoms, right after he tested positive for the routine test.
It is also revealed how the Prince is known for greeting his mother with a kiss on the hand as well as a kiss on the cheek.
The Queen is known to be fully vaccinated so will need to self-isolate unless she tests positive, another palace source confirmed.
