Ukraine’s forces are striking back at Russia as five helicopters shot down alongside the destruction of dozens of other Russian armored vehicles.

Ukraine says they have also managed to capture dozens of troops from Russia despite the heavy airstrikes and bombardment that the Ukrainian nation is suffering from at the moment.

Kiev’s military forces were seen in action, despite being much inferior in power, when compared to its Russian counterpart.

Sources also stated how the current air defense system being used by Ukraine at the moment dates back to the era of the Soviets.

The news came in the first few hours after Russian began its ruthless military operation on all sides of Ukraine’s territory, instilling fear and uncertainty across the country.

At the moment, both the US and NATO have stated that they will not be interfering despite the US deploying more troops in the Baltics recently.

The sky was filled with cruise missiles and bombs, turning white with orange and white smoke, clearly revealing the horrifying escalation of the crisis between the two nations.

At the same time, Ukraine’s president has also gone on to reveal how Russian forces are also attacking Chernobyl, which could soon result in a cloud blanket covering all of Europe, due to the heavy bombardment of the nuclear storage facility.

Very few experts are expecting Ukraine to come out victorious from this bloody and highly vicious war. However, this recent defense attack by Ukraine is definitely a clear sign to Putin that the country is not willing to lay down for anyone.
