Incredible footage is making the rounds on social media as thousands across Europe carry out protests and demonstrations that demand an end to the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.
Recently, one man could be seen being arrested by cops in Russia, right after he protested against the decision of Russian forces launching a full-blown attack against Ukraine, demanding the latter lay down their arms and surrender their nation.
From Moscow to London and beyond, the majority of the public’s consensus lies over-emphasis on solving disputes via dialogue and peaceful means, instead of resorting to war.
As it is, so many innocent civilians have been killed in Ukraine with the numbers of people being wounded crossing 1000 as the war entered its third day.
In the same way, despite Russian claims of safeguarding civilians, today’s recent missile attack on a giant residential tower is sheer proof that Russian forces are not valuing innocent human life as they try and take full control of the Ukrainian land.
This particular clip shows the protester, who hails from Putin’s hometown of St. Petersburg, trying to remind the police that they should be the ones who arrested president Putin instead of him for all the destruction and loss of life that he has caused.
In the same way, this was a clear picture depicting the consequences of raising your voice for crimes committed against humanity as so many try to stand up to Russia’s authorities and hold them accountable for atrocious behavior.
As the man marches through the streets with the police dragging him along, he continues to yell in the loudest of tones, “Arrest Putin, not me!”
Ever since the clip was shared, so many praised the young man for showing great bravery while others wished and prayed to God for his well-being.
