President Putin is now resorting to desperate means to win the war as inside sources confirm the start of nuclear evacuation drills.

So many questions have been raised over the Russian Head Of State’s current mental and physical well-being as experts believe he is suffering from depression over the outcome of the conflict with Ukraine.
