Actor Will Smith may be banned by the Academy and The Oscars for ten years but that certainly does not mean we won’t be seeing the celeb in front of the camera.

Industry experts are revealing their predictions about how the famous star will soon be flooded with enticing offers, once the Oscar drama starts to die down.

Will Smith stunned the world when he chose to slap Chris Rock during a live broadcast of the high-profile event. Rock apparently made a joke about the actor’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith and her shaved head. But that certainly didn’t go down too well with the celeb who chose to defend her by using violence against the comedian.

As a punishment, Smith was banned from both live and virtual award ceremonies for a decade. And that left many people questioning his return to the industry.

But now, industry experts are speaking about how they believe it wouldn’t be too long to see the celeb making millions laugh again as he gets bucketloads of offers for more exciting projects.

Despite receiving the ban and acknowledging his mistake, many felt that the punishment was not strong enough to ward such incidents from occurring in the future.

Moreover, plenty of people from the Hollywood fraternity could be seen coming forward and blasting the star and even calling the Academy toothless for failing to take further action.

“It was a brutal assault on Chris Rock and that’s all he gets”- was a comment that could be heard from miles away.

“He should be stripped of his award for Best Actor”- mentioned veteran actor Harry Lennix and many agreed.

For now, Will Smith still has his award and while he may be keeping a low public profile, one thing is for sure. This is definitely not the end to his might cinematic career.
