One of the best ways to spend a warm, sunny day is by going to a waterpark.
But for a couple with 22 children, it can be very expensive to go to another country.
Sue Radford, 47, and her husband from Morecambe, Lancashire, have flown to Florida for a family holiday.
While their photos show the children having a great time, the mother was left stunned at the prices for food at Volcano Bay, Universal Studio’s tropical-themed water park.
“Ellie went to get us all some food and used my Apple Pay. She came back and said ‘mum I’m in shock,’” she said on Instagram.
“$17.50 for a hot dog – yep it’s very expensive to eat in the parks. No Ellie didn’t just get one hot dog for those asking.
“We got pizzas, salad and quite a few hot dogs. Ellie was just shocked at the prices of them. Think she was glad she wasn’t picking up the bill.”
Aside from the waterpark, the family also went on a trip to Disney World and enjoyed the pool at their villa.
“I did something very impulsive on Monday. We were going to take a holiday in October-time,” she confessed on YouTube.
“But high school only get one week off and primary get two weeks off in October, which would have meant we would have had to take the kids out of high school for a week, which we didn’t want to do.
“Anyway, we’ve booked it for next month.”
“Absolutely crazy, because we’ve got three weeks to get everything organized but we just kind of took the opportunity to book it for April because there are two weeks in April that they get off, rather than doing it in October,” Sue continued.
“So I took the plunge and booked it. Anyway, I now need to get organized!”
Sue and Noel are the UK’s biggest family with 22 children!
