Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly announced the sudden death of his baby boy.

The soccer superstar took to his account on social media to reveal the heartbreaking news, where he mentioned how the newborn child had died at birth.

The news comes as his girlfriend had given birth to a pair of newborn twins, of which one survived and the other didn’t and that left the soccer legend and his girlfriend devastated beyond words can describe.

Sources revealed how the 37-year-old Manchester United star was expecting two babies with his girlfriend from Spain Georgina Rodriguez.

Today, the couple released a sad statement confirming the death of their newborn son at birth, but the baby girl did manage to pull through.

“It’s the most difficult pain that any parent can ever go through. Only the birth of our newborn little girl is giving us the strength to live and pass-through this difficult moment with some sort of hope”- the post continued.

Both well wishes and heartbreaking posts of condolences were seen on the celeb’s account on social media where many followers couldn’t believe what they were reading.

The 37-year-old first announced in October of 2021 how he and his partner were over the moon to have been given the news of twins. They shared the glad tidings with the fans and followers too but little did anyone know that it would have a bittersweet ending.

The star has requested privacy during this difficult time from fans and also asked for prayers at the same time.
