Johnny Depp is making headlines in the courtroom again as his $100 million defamation trial against Amber Heard continues.

The star was seen taking the stand yesterday where he testified against former partner Amber Heard. 

After being grilled to a significant degree and pouring out his emotions, the actor could be seen making some shocking statements. And while there may be plenty, one revolves around how he has never watched the blockbuster film ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ despite starring as the main lead.

“I am sure that the movie did great at the box office and made a lot of money but I have never seen it”- the actor mentioned leaving the courtroom stunned. 

The fact that most of his claim to fame surrounds his character Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean, this was definitely not something that the jury or fans and followers saw coming by miles.

The 58-year-old celeb also shed light upon how he had a number of different ideas for the character than what was requested of him in the script provided by Disney.

Depp was also seen testifying about how loving Amber Heard was to him during the start of their relationship and how she took off his boots for him. But after a few years, he felt she had become a totally different person- someone that he could recognize.

The actor also stated how he had never hit Heard or struck any other woman. Johnny Depp also became a little emotional when it came down to discussing his childhood and how abusive it had been because of his mother. This includes how he was left under her care as his father abandoned the family.
