King Charles III was recently seen making his first live address to the nation on national television.
The country’s new Sovereign was also seen introducing both Willam and Kate as the new Prince and Princess of Wales.
This latest address to the country began on an emotional note where Charles spoke about his mother in great context, adding how her life was one that was well lived.
He called it a promise with a destiny kept and even went on to add how she is now being mourned around the globe after her passing.
“That promise of life-long service is one that I renew to you all”- he explained.
His Majesty called on new roles and titles to members of the royal family, confirming how his wife Camilla would now be serving as his Queen Consort.
As far as William and Kate are concerned, he explained their new roles and titles as the Prince and Princess of Wales. He also added how William will be his heir and will assume titles that have meant so much to him. Adding how he was immensely proud of calling William his heir.
In the same way, he made sure special importance was given to Kate by saying, “Catherine will be beside you and both of you will be the new prince and princess of Wales.”
He hoped the duo would continue to live to the honor and respect that such titles provide, adding how he hope to see them play a more active role in national conversations to help bring marginal to the center ground.
His Majesty was reportedly seen for the first time ever since he became a Monarch, right after the death of his mom.
