A father died after dry ice was thrown into a swimming pool during his partner’s 29th birthday party in Moscow.

32-year-old Valentin Didenko and two others ‘suffered Co2 poisoning’ after dry ice was thrown into a swimming pool to create a ‘steam show’.

They died at the scene in Moscow during Didenko’s partner Ekaterina Didenko’s 29th birthday party.

Ekaterina, who is a famous Instagram influencer, shared a heartbreaking video to announce her partner’s death.

The grieving mother also revealed her daughter asked ‘where’s daddy?’ after her father’s death.

In the heartbreaking video, the mother told: “Valya is not with us anymore. Or Natasha [Natalia]. Or Yura [Yuri]. I can’t tell you anything else. I have signed a ban to disclose any information. I can’t say anything.”

She said it was a nightmare and broke down in tears.

She also revealed that her daughter Nastya asked her “Where is daddy?” after waking up.

The mother said she didn’t know what to tell her and then she asked: “Why are you crying?”

To create a ‘steam show’ at his partner’s birthday party, Mr. Didenko wanted the dry ice.

When the ice was poured into the pool, people started fainting and the three people who were in the pool ‘suffered Co2 poisoning’ and died at the scene.

Earlier, Ms. Didenko shared a video from the hospital when her partner was in the intensive care and she was unaware that he had died.

She said in the video: “I am alive, I am behind the doors of an intensive care ward. I don’t know who died… Valya is in the intensive care, I don’t know what state he is in.”

Later, it turned out that her partner and two other partygoers named Natalia Monakova and Yuri Alferov died after the dry ice was thrown into a swimming pool.
