Going out to eat has become a form of luxury for some while a necessity for others but this next story involving a mom and her child is bound to leave you surprised.
The mother revealed how she ended up at a nearby cafe with her baby. She wished to spend some quality time with him in a different setting but the type of behavior she received from the cafe’s staff really had her shocked.
The mother put forward her story on an online forum because she felt that she was dealt with unjustly. Moreover, she was told to clean up after her child and was even given the tools to do so.
As you can imagine, as a paying customer, she was beyond furious and felt ridiculed that someone would drop down to such a low level.
“They give me a broom and a dustpan. They claimed that all the mess was due to my poor baby. I just found that hard to accept!”- she continued.
And what really had her laughing yet fuming is how the cafe advertised itself to be so family-friendly but the staff and management turned out to be just the opposite, she explained.
“Does anyone else find it so unreasonable that I was asked to clean up after the baby? I mean it’s a restaurant and I am paying cash to be served. I have never seen a restaurant ask a customer to clean their dishes!”- she continued.
And that’s when she received a myriad of responses that really began an interesting debate.
Most people felt that the cafe was being extra harsh on the customer.
They didn’t understand why a few crumbs present beneath a baby chair was a huge issue and hence it didn’t require the level of hype that it got.
