Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have reportedly finalized their divorce following their bitter split.
The divorced is settled months after a judge granted Kim’s request to be declared as legally single back in March, more than a year after she filed for divorce.
According to TMZ, the agreement covers everything from property division to child custody and child support, whereas Ye will have to wire $200,000 to Kim every month.
The hefty child support will have to be paid on the first day of every month, the court documents reveal.
Kim and Ye share four children including Psalm, 3, Chicago, 4, Saint, 6, and North, 9.
As sources also told the publication, Kim will be in the custody of her children the majority of the time while her ex-husband, who recently came under fire after making a series of anti-Semitic comments, will be responsible for covering 50 percent of his children’s security expenses and educational costs.
Furthermore, the pair also agreed to mediation should they encounter a parenting issue or disagreement in the future.
If either party refuses or fails to attend the mediation session, the attending party will have the right to decide on how to deal with the concern, the agreement states.
Documents also reveal that Kanye has provided Kim’s legal team with all the necessary financial information and that an agreement on how to split properties and finances has been reached.
The news comes just over a month after Ye’s attorneys filed a “declaration of disclosure,” indicating that the high-profile divorce is coming to an end.
