You may have come across some surprising situations in your life but we bet nothing beats this young woman’s bizarre claims that she made mid-air about her surprise pregnancy.

Passengers and crew members were baffled beyond belief when a woman managed to deliver a baby mid-flight in the plane’s restroom. But what’s shocking is how she had no idea that she was even pregnant in the first place.

The new mother revealed how she had cramp-like sensations rumbling across her tummy. But she recalled them to be somewhat similar to a stomachache. Little did know that it was contractions related to her pregnancy and she was just moments away from delivering her own baby.

The flight was on its way to Spain and the airline was on its way toward its final destination with plenty of layovers in between. Any regular passenger would be awfully worried but this mom named Tamara says she didn’t know she was pregnant and if she had the slightest hint, she wouldn’t have flown in the first place.

Just a few moments before the plane arrived for a stopover in the Netherlands, her tummy really started to hurt. She told her partner that she just had to use the restroom. With just two simple contractions, the child was in her hands and many couldn’t believe it and were as baffled as the mom herself.

The baby was named after one of the dear passengers who opted to make sure the mom had a safe and healthy delivery. And she couldn’t be more grateful for that.
