Actress Amber Heard and her former husband Johnny Depp have finally settled their defamation case, bringing it to an end.

Sources from local media outlets confirmed how the celeb has paid the famed Pirates of the Caribbean star a $1 million check to settle the ordeal. And both parties have acknowledged recently how the case is now closed.

The actress was seen speaking out in public about the matter, calling it a very difficult decision to settle the matter, and even issued a lengthy statement on the incident.

This is undoubtedly one of the most bitter cases that have come into the limelight in the world of showbiz and Hollywood. The world witnessed the drama unfold before their eyes as the former couple hashed out their differences in public.
