One woman is taking the internet by storm with her confessions regarding an invite that she recently received.

According to her, people solely invite her for the sake of presents and nothing else. She is now slamming them publicly and telling them that this is just not the right behavior.

She made a new video on TikTok that featured herself driving and schooling along the way how it’s not okay to be so greedy for gifts.

“You can’t invite me like this. You’ve got to give me some respect as a person, only then can I think about showing up to your event!”- she concluded.

30-year-old Lanette Rincon who hails from Colorado mentioned that’s just plain and simply rude that she gets invited to such gatherings.

The fact that people would even consider her as an option for their big milestone events blows her mind. And now, she hopes that they’ll think twice about their actions.

On TikTok, she’s famous as HotMessLanette and people love how brutal and savage she can get in terms of the truth.

She continued to add that people that don’t even keep in touch with her on a daily basis are calling her to parties. “I’d never think twice about not going!”- she continued.

“Respect is some serious business. You’ve got to earn it to be in someone’s good books. That’s my opinion and I am sticking to it!”- she adds.

Some viewers did see where she was coming from. Meanwhile, others failed to agree with her. Instead, they felt she was being a tad bit too harsh.

Moreover, they claim she was passing judgments left and right that shouldn’t have ever been there in the first place. She was lucky that people were inviting her and hence should accept the invite graciously and move on.
