The news comes after the leading international outlet gained plenty of addition after introducing a new item on the menu. And it would not be wrong to call it out as their strangest sandwich ever.

Easter is just around the corner and if there’s one thing that kids and adults can’t get enough of, it’s the good old Easter egg made from chocolate. And who better to trust than the leading chocolate brand or shall we say the maestro- Cadbury?

Yes, the Chocolate Creme Egg is one of the holiday’s favorite treats and while you would never associate that with food, Subway is really changing things up this season.

 

So the secret is finally out of the bag. The famous brand is releasing a new sub that comprises plain white toasted sandwich bread that is filled with oozing and melted Cadbury chocolate creme egg.

The combination of chocolate filling, caramel filling, white chocolate, and a harder milk chocolate shell is what you can expect inside some freshly baked bread that you get your usual sandwiches in. So much for being a healthy affair!

The brand says that it’s super excited to launch the limited version sandwich for the occasion of Easter. It is being made to cater to such a small number of people, 400 to be exact.

And it’s going to be up for free grab from the store. So in case you’re keen on trying the flavors, you might need to rush.

But netizens don’t seem to be too convinced about the matter. They called the favor bizarre, strange, and so confusing.

Some slammed the food giant for failing to bring authenticity and something new to the menu. And then there were those who said that a dessert sub is just what you need to get you in the Easter spirit. Which team are you on?
