A father has been arrested after he allegedly took his son’s life after his son revealed his sexual orientation.
facebookA similar case has come out from Nevada where a father who was so upset by his son’s sexuality that he decided to take his son’s life and have a deceased son rather than having a son who is gay.
Giovanni Melton was shot by his father Wendell Melton as the 14 years old confessed to his father how he is gay and is in love with his boyfriend.
Giovanni was gay and he had told this to his father. The only glitch in the story is that his father never wanted his son to be gay and he was always angry about his sexual orientation.
On the day that Giovanni decided to tell his father about his boyfriend and that how the two really wants to be together, he and his father got into a major fight.
The police said that the boy was left in a horrible condition as his father had thrashed him cruelly. They said that he was rushed to the hospital but he could not make it.
Giovanni’s former foster mother Sonia Jones said “Wendell always hated the fact that he was gay and maybe Wendell was ashamed of his son’s sexuality.
But this was absurd. I believe that he had a thought in his mind saying that it is better if his son is dead rather than his son is gay.”
Wendell has been arrested by the police and is custody right now. Soon he will be presented in the court for his case to go further.
