A very strange incident happens in California, a state of America.
A neighbor got annoyed with others for making a large barrier on their wall
Jason Windus placed dummies in his front yard. Actually, he wanted to give shut up call to the neighbor who objects on is garden fence area. The news came out that this unknown neighbor filed a complaint against Windus that his barrier is unusually high than other houses. So the authorities came and asked him to keep his fence at a regular level.
He made a special sitting arrangement for that unknown complaint filer, and he also gave him a silent message that what would be a consequence of meddling in another person’s life.
He said, “I am not aware of who filed a complaint, and I do not even know whether he will appear on the scene or not sources put forward the message.”
As Windus runs a company of garments so he gathered there quite a large number of dummies. He collected five to six and placed in his garden. Further, he told that the purpose of this much big bar is to protect the dogs from hoping up the walls. It was one way of stopping them.
The city of Santa Rosa sent him a notice of a plan infringement for a fence that is excessively high and hinders a rural corner, which could represent a hazard to passing drivers.
Windus then called an associate with a saw, and they remove the highest point of the rail to make it fit the greatest tallness.
He also said that the matter is real grave as they got me to confound a lot. According to Windus, they were aiming to charge him huge money which was unbearable.
He said, “We live in a free American state and we have a right to enjoy our privacy.”
