Glee star Lea Michele confirmed pregnancy rumors with a beautiful picture of her baby bump and suggested she’s feeling grateful for growing a new life inside of her.
Taking to Instagram to spread the good news, Michele wrote ‘so grateful’ as she shared a photo of herself with her hands tightly wrapped around her baby bump.
The 33-year-old actress appeared to be glowing as she posed for the photo dressed in a blue maxi dress with plants in the background.
The Spring Awakening star confirmed pregnancy about a week after the rumors had started spreading.
In her previous photo, shared on April 4, the baby bump, which is now relatively big, was not yet clearly visible due to the actress donning an oversized sweater.
Back in October, the star also opened up about her future children as she told Ryan Seacrest that “they’re going to be like the cutest thing ever.”
“I feel like sushi is number one on the list — I want my kids to dress up like a lion or a taco — everything cute and adorable I want that for sure,” she said at the time.
While the idea of starting her own family has been on Michele’s mind for some time, she previously revealed she’s suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome, a hormonal disorder that may result in ovaries failing to release eggs on a regular basis.
“Through diet, I have been able to manage it. But I am very fortunate. There are way more extreme versions of PCOS that women have a lot of difficulty with – mine is not as intense,” Michele said in an interview with Health.
