The beloved stuntman and actor who is best known for his performance in ‘Buck Rogers in the 25th Century’ and ‘The Addams Family’ died in Las Vegas on Friday afternoon, TMZ reported.
According to the 3’11’’ Cousin Itt’s friend, the 84-year-old passed away after a painful battle with pancreatic cancer. As Gil Gerard expressed, he is saddened by his friend’s death but feels relieved knowing that his pal is not suffering anymore.
“Felix died just a few hours ago and the only good I can draw from his passing is that he didn’t suffer any longer. I will miss him terribly, especially the time we had at our panels. Just telling me to ‘go ‘f‘ myself,’” he wrote on Twitter.
Mr Silla was born in Italy back in 1937. After he arrived in the States in 1955, the performer joined the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and toured around the country before ending up in Hollywood where he kicked off his career as a stuntman and took on numerous roles as a body double for children.
