The Sirtfood diet involves giving up unhealthy food and drinks.

Adele gave up her 10 daily cups of tea, caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes, and spicy, citrusy, and tangy foods when she started following the Sirtfood Diet.

You can lose around seven-pound weight a week after following the diet.

In the first week, you are only allowed to take 1,000 calories for three days.

You can have three sirtfood green juices and one meal rich in sirtfoods each day.

Juices can include kale, celery, rocket, parsley, green tea, and lemon while turkey, chicken, kale, and capers can be taken as meals.

From days four to seven, you will be taking 1,500 calories, including two sirtfood green juices and two sirtfood-rich meals a day.

In the second week, which lasts for 14 days, you can eat three sirtfoods-rich meals and one green juice per day.
