Gary the adventurous cat loves kayaking and hiking along with his owner James Eastham.
James and his five-year-old cat named Gary go kayaking and hiking together. James says Gary loves paddling and hiking and doesn’t like to sit at home.

Gary prefers to get his fur wet and also loves napping on the kayak.
James said: “Gary’s favourite outdoor activity is paddling, but he also enjoys going for hikes.
This winter I’m hoping to take him cross country skiing, and maybe for some easy ski tours as well.”
“Gary is quite happy being outside. He loves water and especially paddling. Recently Gary has figured out how to follow trails, which has made hiking with him a lot easier. Now instead of trying to explore wherever he feels like, he will actually walk where we’re going.”
Gary took some time to get comfortable with the adventures but now, he cries if his owner doesn’t go out with him.
James said: “Often he’ll lazily drag a paw through the water as we float around. He often naps on the kayak too. While it took him a few weeks to get comfortable with our adventures, now if we haven’t taken him out often enough, he’ll sit at the door and cry.”
“Gary really likes our adventures, and I work really hard to make sure he’s always happy and comfortable.”
Gary doesn’t like to sit at home like other cats.
He loves to play outside and go on kayaking and hiking along with his owner.
Gary has become very popular on social media after videos and pictures of him with his owner went viral.
Gary has more than 85k followers on Instagram and Internet users absolutely love his adventures.
