We understand that masturbation is a natural process and the body needs it when it needs it.
But this does not mean a human has no control over their body.
We are humans and not animals. We are able to control our bodies until and unless the conditions are extreme. But it looks like this man forgot to take his control over his body and got himself fired.
The complaints about the employee of Halifax Stanfield International Airport in Canada, who has not been named here, started coming out almost 2 years ago when his behavior was first noticed and he was given a warning back then as well.
Staff members started complaining about how he used to make mourning voices and other embarrassing sounds while he is in the toilet cubical. But this is one topic that people are not really comfortable talking about.
The employees directly went to the human resources department to complain about him when the manager came and talked to him and then fired him. One of his spokesperson came forward and said that the man suffers from sex addiction and cannot resist the same.
In another statement, the man himself said that he was not making any noise while he was in the stall, to which the other employees answered saying how would have they known about it if he was not making any noise.
To confirm the problem of his sexual addiction, his therapist was contacted who said that even though he did had a problem of sex addiction there is no explanation of him losing control and disturb as well as embarrass his co-workers.
On the same ground, the organization decided to fir the worker. He appealed again on the case to the human resource department but he was considered as guilty and thus was not taken back.
