Actor Alec Baldwin was photographed being comforted by his wife Hilaria during their dinner at a closed-off bar in Vermont.
He was staring down from his barstool as he received kisses and a warm embrace from his wife.
At one point, the 63-year-old actor was seen putting his head in his hands.
Alec, who is facing a criminal investigation for the fatal shooting of female cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, was drinking a nonalcoholic IPA beer while his wife ordered a wine.
The actor appeared distraught as multiple plates of food were placed on their table after the bar was closed-off to members of the public.
The next day, Hilaria made a heartfelt post on Instagram, showing her hand holding Alec Baldwin’s.
“I love you and I’m here,” she wrote.
Hilaria also showed her unwavering support for her husband when she stood next to him as he talked to the media on Saturday.
The 37-year-old was filmed snapping at reporters, angrily rebuking one who forgot the name of the female cinematographer.
According to the New York Post, Hilaria said that she drove her family to Vermont as she was worried about Alec’s mental health.
“I brought [Alec] up here because we have to mourn Halyna’s death,” she said. “Alec had a really traumatic thing happen, and I am trying to limit the PTSD.”
“You look at what happens to soldiers and police officers when something like this happens, it’s traumatic. We just came up here for quiet,” Hilaria added.
She also revealed that her husband felt “awful” and they were “trying to find quiet.”
“He needs space for me to take care of him and his mental health,” she expressed.
