Following the deadly Santa Fe shooting during which 63-year-old actor Alec Baldwin shot and killed Halyna Hutchins, people involved in the tragic event began gearing up with lawyers as the investigation remains ongoing.

Among crew members who have come under scrutiny is armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed who handed Baldwin a gun containing a live round among a series of dummy rounds.

As the 24-year-old armorer’s lawyer, Jayson Bowles, claimed, he believes that the movie set was sabotaged and that his client is being framed.

“We eagerly await the FBI’s investigation as well and we are asking for a full and complete investigation of all of the facts, including the live rounds themselves, how they ended up in the ‘dummies’ box, and who put them in there,” the attorney said.

“We are convinced that this was sabotage and Hannah is being framed. We believe that the scene was tampered with as well before the police arrived.”

In spite of Bowles’ serious claims, District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies insisted there is no proof suggesting that this “conspiracy theory” could be real.

“Defense attorneys have come up with conspiracy theories and used the word ‘sabotage.’ We do not have proof,” Carmack-Altwies, who is deliberating whether to charge the armorer or not, said.

Meanwhile, the DA also appeared on Good Morning America to reveal that the investigators already know who loaded the gun used by Baldwin. She also said other live bullets were found on the set after the shooting.

“We still don’t know how they got on the set and how they got there I think will be one of the most important factors going into a charging decision,” Carmack-Altwies said.

“It’s probably more important to focus on what led up to the shooting because the moment of the shooting, we know that at least Mr. Baldwin had no idea that the gun was loaded, so it’s more how did that gun get loaded, what levels of failure happened and were those levels of failure criminal?”
