When I was a little girl, it was really hard for me to speak up in class.
I could not even raise my hands.
I was so afraid that my classmates would laugh at me even though it never happened. But as I grow up, I realized that I was not alone.
Standing in front of a group of people, big or small, is the most stressful thing of all time for many people.
Some people even cry when they face a group of people watching them.
Alice Fredenham, a 28-year-old beauty therapist, tried to overcome the stage fear on Britain’s Got Talent.

When Alice watched the contestants who perform on the stage, she admired them because she was not sure if she can stand in front of judges and hundreds of people.
She was so afraid that judges might not like her singing, so did not even tell her family and friends that she had made it to the live auditions of Britain’s Got Talent. So that even if the judges don’t like her singing, she wouldn’t have to tell anybody that she got rejected.
Even though there were so many people who couldn’t pass the producer auditions, she was still scared to sing in front of the audience.
“Stage fear is something that I have battled with. I’m just trying to take each minute. As it comes when someone says ‘no’ for me is like you’re not good enough,” Alice said.

BUT when she starts to sing, everyone is surprised. Her voice is beautiful and her performance is jaw-dropping.
One of the most criticizing judges, Simon Cowell gives a standing ovation and so does the audience.
In the video below, you can see the shocking eyes of the judges. Just listen, then you’ll know why.
Keep the name Alice Fredenham in your mine. She will be a star.
