America Is Stripped Into Two: The Anti-Abortion Movement Strips MILLIONS Of People Of Their Rights

Right now, Republican lawmakers are moving quickly to pass laws that restrict abortion to be executed. They also want to limit the access around the nation.

Those who are trying to introduce these anti-abortion laws are working to have 561 restrictions on abortions that include 165 bans across 47 of the states.

These anti-abortion legislations are challenging the court ruling to the fullest, announcing that Mississippi’s ban is one that affects abortion laws the most. It prevents abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

58% of Americans are against overturning the court ruling, despite the increase of anti-abortion laws. Even though this is the percentage, there are 58% of women who are of the reproductive age and live in states that have been hostile towards the idea of abortions.

There have been state legislatures trying to pass restrictive laws which would make it harder for women who are of the age to access abortions in a safe and legal way.

For instance, states such as Arkansas has made attempts to limit their ability to access services, passing laws and measures that restrict their accessibility. There are only two abortion clinics that is available in the state, and three million residents live in Arkansas.

They can access it up to 22 weeks after their last menstrual cycle, but the law is at a near-total ban and will take effect soon this upcoming July 28th. The restriction does not have exceptions except those of rape and incest.

They even have a trigger law in place saying that they would ban abortions if an amendment or a court ruling were to leave the decisions for the states instead.
