Summer Shott’s who is from Raynes Park which in South West London was celebrating her 16th birthday and then she got an anonymous card from someone.
The anonymous card was actually from her mother, who got a surprise Chihuahua puppy for her daughter. The girl couldn’t hold back her excitement to get a best friend for life and named the puppy, Buddy.
Summer is suffering from epileptic attacks since the time she was born, and she also has hemiplegia, which can be a significant cause for anxiety.
Dogs can be a major stress reliever and can help people in feeling calm.
Summer’s mother knew that her daughter would get super surprised and happy after seeing the puppy. It was a magical moment for Summer when she got her biggest wish fulfilled.
Do you know that feeling when we get whatever we have wished for a long time? That’s precisely what Summer felt when she got her little best friend.
Doctors told her mother that a therapy dog could be very beneficial for Summer after all the epileptic attacks that she gets. It is very much true as after getting a dog, Summer’s anxiety levels dropped down.
