A woman has opened up about her recent encounter as she revealed her angry neighbor confronted her over the flag she displayed on her lawn.
Ambrosia is a TikTok user from Alabama who went viral after revealing that her neighbor, an older woman, told her to remove her Disney-themed flag from her front lawn.
The flag showing Disney character Tigger clearly triggered Ambrosia’s neighbor who went on to praise the Stars and Stripes before telling the homeowner she didn’t like her flag.
“I don’t say nothing about the shrubbery being cut. I don’t say nothing about the backyard. I want to talk about this uh – Tigger flag,” the angry neighbor said as she appeared on Ambrosia’s porch only to list a series of issues she has with her home.
“I don’t like it,” the neighbor added before saying she believes that “the American flag was real nice.”
After complaining about other things she doesn’t like with Ambrosia’s home, the neighbor went on to claim that there are “Williamsburg something” rules she should follow even though her home isn’t a part of any Homeowner’s Association.
“But there’s rules for the community… It’s called Williamsburg something and there’s rules,” the angry neighbor said after Ambrosia told her that her home isn’t part of the HOA.
After the neighbor said the Tigger flag makes the place look “tacky,” Ambrosia responded by telling the woman that she’s allowed to have her opinion and wishing her a good day.
Following the confrontation, Ambrosia’s video went viral and racked up millions of views. While the clip was temporarily removed from her account, TikTok eventually reinstated it following an appeal.
As the homeowner revealed in a follow-up video, the neighbor seen in the clip later apologized to her by yelling “I’m sorry” while driving by her home in a car.
