A furious parent of a 2-year-old child has recently expressed his sentiments regarding his exploration of a popular attraction site in Yorkshire, where his son tumbled into a pile of sheep poo.
The angry father vowed to never return to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park while demanding a refund for his visit because of the terrible experience he encountered. Moreover, the disgusted parent expressed extreme disbelief at the way he was treated and how disgusted he felt when his two-year-old son fell into a giant, wet, and sloppy pile of poo from sheep.
“They ruined by the family trip,” he explained while describing the horror of his recent family trip to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, situated near Wakefield. In the same way, he also went on to add a recent review of his unforgettable journey on a TripAdvisor website too.
In the harrowing review which was posted on the 6th of June, the father explained how this particular place has always been a destination that he and his family have looked forward to, thanks to the beautiful scenery and creative displays of art.point 320 |
However, he also spoke about how he certainly didn’t mind paying an extra amount due to the pandemic as well.point 96 | 1
But that’s when he began listing a long array of problems he encountered that never seemed to end. From the zero options for child-friendly food to poor customer service at restaurants, not to mention his son slipping into a pile of sheep poo- the problems just kept ongoing.
The father says that his child was not only traumatized after the incident but also carried a huge risk of being ill with his clothing being destroyed too.point 248 |
“There were so many staff members roaming around doing nothing.point 60 | Hence, I politely suggest that you look into this matter with immediate effect, and utilize your members for looking and cleaning after the animals,” he went on to add.point 206 | 1
“I for sure will not be returning and will also be requesting for a complete refund regarding my experience, as I really hope you look closely into this matter so the place becomes suitable for others,” the father angrily wrote. But that wasn’t the only poor review received by visitors.
Many others left one-star reviews on the park’s website, complaining about the poor service and high fee structure as well. Hence, it appears this popular attractive place just might be losing its charm for good, if they don’t react swiftly.
