A woman was left mortified after being brutally attacked by a kangaroo when she got too close to it. But she claims that the only reason she did was that she wished to pat it and nothing more.
The woman who goes by the name Shakila says she happened to be walking right into a stunning and picturesque landscape. It was named Kangaroo Valley and was located in New South Wales.
As one can tell by the name of such a location, it gave stunning vibes that kangaroos would be busy here strolling around.
Many tourists including her adored the thought related to seeing wildlife out in the open. She assumed they would be just as welcoming as she was to anyone in her habitat. Sadly, that was just not the case.
All that she wished to do was pat them and show them some love and warmth. But it seemed like they were taken aback by a stranger and assumed she was an intruder in their space.
Hence, the creatures got up and started to threaten her because they felt threatened. The viral video footage features her slowly approaching them. As it got nearer and nearer, it was clear that it was not happy meeting the guest.
On that note, the first animal that was seen began approaching her in a wild manner and she was mortified. She started to run as fast as she could and in the end, she just fell flat on her face. It was hilarious and scary at the same time. Thankfully, she didn’t suffer serious injuries but it was definitely not a pretty sight.
