Within a few days after Anthony Joshua’s massive dominant win over Andy Ruiz Jr who is a two time heavyweight champion of the world, he decided not to waste much time in celebration and rather getting back on the track.
The 30 years old bodybuilder and weight lifter have a lot of business to do this year as he is all set to become the heavyweight champion of the year 2020 as he continues to work for his target.
With a lot of hard work in a short span against Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury, his focus is instilled at WBO, WBA, and IBF.
With his determination standing so strong, AJ was seen in the gym just 4 days after his massive victory he banged in Saudi Arabia.
After an exceptional workout in the gym, he had a calorie-filled dinner.
He had dinner with his team and the table was studded with meat, salad, and stands of pasta for all of them to fill in.
Sina Ghami, AJ’s strength, and conditioning coach posted a video of him where he can be seen performing shoulder rolls while all the others were focused on lifting weights.
Before his rematch with Ruiz Jr, Joshua had decided to cut down on his carbs intake. He did this in an attempt to get lighter so that he can last all the 12 rounds.
Well, it was not just good to hear but his plan worked just right too. He was able to survive all the 12 rounds while The Destroyer lost his grip on the crown.
Joshua since has been working extremely hard in order to face his challengers in the further run for WBO, WBA, and IBF.
