The skills of a few forensic artists and professionals who are dedicated to reconstructing the faces of those who lived long back are truly impressive.
Here, a specific professional would be talked about, who drew the portraits of the deceased instead of designing them using software.
Oscar Nilsson is a Swedish sculptor and archeologist who specializes in the art of reconstruction of human faces. His are is so intricate that the total number of hours spent on a single reconstruction could easily be 200 hours.
In 1996, he started a company called O.D. Nilssons. The company works with museums around the world to restore the faces of those humans whose graves were found during archeological excavations.
#1 Huarmey Queen
In 2012, a tomb was discovered in north-west Peru during excavations by a Polish group. The tomb was a real treasure for the scientists, as it was not looted. The tomb had remains of 58 noblewomen of various ages who were buries with extraordinary luxuries.
One woman, nicknamed Huarmey Queen, was found buried in the most extravagant manner.
