A woman from Montana armed with a machete broke into her ex-boyfriend’s house, forcing him to take off his clothes and have sex with her.
19-year-old Samantha Mears has been charged with burglary and assault with a weapon, assault, criminal mischief, and unlawful restraint stemming from the inexplicable incident that occurred in Great Falls.
Sources say that Mears entered the house of her ex-boyfriend on 2nd Avenue Northwest while the man was away.
When he entered the house, Mears allegedly attacked him with a machete. She also ordered him to remove his clothes and get on the bed. The victim told the police that he followed the woman’s words out of fear. He also admitted that he didn’t feel he could get out of the room without being injured by Mears.
The 19-year-old took off her pants with the machete in her hands. She allegedly straddled her ex-boyfriend and started to have sex with him even when he told her to stop what she was doing.
Then, Mears sat on the bed, naked, wielding the machete. The guy quickly snapped photos of her, which he provided to authorities as evidence.
Mears and her ex-boyfriend got into an argument, during which the naked 19-year-old removed a piece of trim from the wall and peed on the bed.
According to reports, the man found a way to dial 911 while telling Mears that he was talking to a friend, and then went out of the room to escape. Police arrived on the scene, but Mears claimed that she had been kidnapped by the man and that he had given her the large knife for self-protection.
Officers noted that Mears was in a confused state and appeared to be suffering from a mental health problem.
Mears was ordered to stay away from the man and booked into the Cascade County Jail on $50,000 bond.
