Arnold Schwarzenegger was involved in a bad car accident that took place in Los Angeles hours ago.
Local media reports have gone on to confirm how the actor and former US Governor was a part of the car collision that involved four different vehicles while his SUV made a left turn on a busy road on Friday afternoon.
The aftermath of the incident left his giant black SUV stacked upon another vehicle, leaving the driver of that vehicle with serious head injuries.
The 74-year-old celeb was reportedly driving his Monster GMC Yukon SUV and was right about to turn onto the busy street of Sunset Boulevard when the incident took place. Moreover, the exact location was about half a mile away from his residence in Brentwood, when it crashed into a red-colored Toyota Prius at about 4:30 in the afternoon.
The other driver was attempting to make a U-turn on the road when the horrifying collision took place, revealed authorities. They even went on to speak about how the impact of the car crash was so great that it caused the deployment of airbags inside the Prius as well as the SUV.
After that, the giant SUV began to roll on top of a white-colored Porsche Cayenne that was positioned right behind the former governor’s vehicle and hence was affected as well.
At the moment, law enforcement officials are conducting a thorough investigation as to how the incident took place. But there are currently no reports of any tickets being issued.
On the other hand, some unconfirmed reports mentioned how one officer declared that it was the Terminator actor’s fault, as he made an abrupt turning without waiting for the left turn arrow that was located at the intersection between Allenford Avenue and Sunset.
While the renowned actor was not particularly injured in the accident, he was very concerned about the other female driver who suffered head injuries and was being treated by paramedics.
At the moment, cops have issued a statement regarding how drugs and alcohol were not suspected to be a factor in the terrifying accident and that no further information can be made available at this moment.
