Arrested U.S. Army Sergeant Who Pushed Black Man Faces HOARDS Of BLM Protesters Outside Of His Home

Jonathan Pentland, US Army Staff Sergeant Drill Instructor, has been charged with a third degree assault towards a black man who was casually walking down the neighborhood of their gated community.

He believed the man was not a part of their neighborhood, telling him that he “came to the wrong neighborhood, motherf**ker,” while shoving him away.

He is accusing the male for walking around for “15 minutes,” and the authorities have been notified of his “wrongdoing,” in which the man responds in a calm manner that he lives in an area. Pentland denies this since it is a “tight knit community,” claiming that he’s never seen him before.

After news broke out, BLM protestors started a rally in front of Pentland’s home, even shouting “I’m on your yard!” as an example of an invasion of privacy.point 261 |

Most of them were of African American descent, and Pentland’s family had to be relocated to another area for their safety. When asked about where Pentland had been relocated, sources claim that they do not know where he is at the moment.

After the incident, he was charged with assault for thinking that the victim was “hanging around” his gated community in South Carolina. He had been identified after a recording of the situation had blown up on social media platform, Facebook.

Pentland is a drill instructor where he helps soldiers undergo basic combat training, and other Fort Jackson soldiers tweeted that they do not tolerate this kind of attitude and actions — tweeting that they would look into it ASAP.

If Pentland is found guilty, he will be facing 30 days in jail along with a $500 fine.

The U.S. Department of Justice is also looking into the incident, and Pentland has been confirmed of being charged. The video clip that spread around the Internet clearly shows Pentland shoving the man, screaming at him to “go away now,” along with his wife who is also shouting at him to leave.

She tells the man that he is “aggressing in the neighborhood,” in which Deandre responds, “How am I the aggressor when someone came running up to me?” This sparks another outrage from Pentland who says, “You better walk away, You are talking to my wife right now,”
