We humans can be extremely unkind when we start speaking.
When in a conversation, none of us wish to stand in the middle of awkward silence and to let that go we choose alternatives.
Alternatives to talk about anything and everything.
For the same, we often end up talking about people around us and never notice how our words can drill holes in their hearts.
How the words can hurt someone to an extent people can never forget.
Reminding us of the same, Nadirah Angail wrote a post and it is needed to be read.
For the first, she talks about a woman who is 30 and does not have kids.
We as people and as a society keep advising the woman who lives in no matter which corner of the world.
We keep reminding her how she should have kids by now and how it is a shame not to have kids by 30 years of age.
But what no one knows is she has been pregnant 4 times but lost her baby to miscarried every single time.
She is the second wife to her husband and her husband has kids already.
She cries her heart out every night in the corner and there is no one to help her wipe her tears.
Next, she talks about a woman who has 5 kids and she is 34 years old.
People laugh at her and tell her that these are enough.
People tell her how it is funny she has so many babies.
But what she cannot tell them is that she is pregnant with her 6th child and she is just equally happy.
She cannot tell people how she has spent her childhood in loneliness because she was a single child.
What she does not tell people is that her nana had 12 babies and she wishes to have a huge family just like her nana.
She cries in loneliness too when people judge her for having a large family.
She cries because people do not accept it happily and forces to make her believe it is abnormal.
There are millions of woman around the world who wishes to live their life on their own terms.
They wish to do what makes them happy.
But mere words break their heart. Mere words kill their dreams. Mere words force them to cry.
