Waiting at the signal to cross over the road brings out the road rage most of the time.
Then we get into competition with the biker standing next to us. Both of us aiming to get out first and crossing the light before the other.
Yes, it turns out into a wild competition. Make sure you remember this picture whenever you are in such a situation.
This picture is a simple scenario of which car will cross the signal first which was created by Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ), Australia.
The picture has 4 colors standing in each side of a 4-way road in four different colors i.e. Red, Yellow, Blue, and Green.
The four cars, going in 4 different directions have different signs on their sides of roads. Red and blue cars have stop signs in front of them.
Yellow car has the give way sign and the last car, the black car has no sign at all. So which is the one car that will get priority in turning right?
According to the creator of the scenario, the priority starts from black, falling next to red and blue, with last coming yellow car.
With black car having no sign in front of it, it will always get the priority. So it is allowed to take the right turn first and without any interruption. Then comes the turn of blue with red giving it space to move.
Well, in the UK the rules are quite different in comparison. The red car if traveling on a major road will get priority over the yellow car in taking the right turn.
Head of Driving Advice, Peter Rodger said: “Most of the junctions have marked rules with the help of signs but the case can be different in UK. Especially different in different states.”
