People love the Baby Shark song because it’s very catchy and the repetitive lyrics trigger the pleasure center in our brains.
Just hearing that doo doo doo doo doo doo makes us move our hips left and right. You’re singing, aren’t you?
Unfortunately for parents who thought the tune is finally out of their homes, Baby Shark just released a new song that will get stuck in your head. Again.
This time, the song is about washing your hands, and it’s still very catchy!
As the world fights against coronavirus, Baby Shark and his friends also joined forces to make sure the virus doesn’t stand a chance.
To help us fight COVID-19, the new baby tune tells us to ‘grab some soap’ doo doo doo doo doo, then ‘rub your hands,’ doo doo doo doo doo, and ‘rinse your hands,’ doo doo doo doo doo.
Aside from washing your hands, the new song also advises about coughing into your elbow and covering your sneeze (doo doo doo doo doo doo).
It was in 2016 when the original Baby Shark song was shared on YouTube but it did not become popular until 2018. Now, the video has gained over 4.9 billion views!
One internet user commented: “Well, if they want to get some serious brain-dead into the heads of our kids, they’re definitly going about it the right way.”
Another wrote: “I’m 48 my kids are 17 /15 / 12 and I’m just about to get all of us to wash our hands to this song.”
‘Safe at last’ doo doo doo doo doo!
