Along the Pacific coast of southern Mexico, there are a lot of beaches and warm waters, and we are talking about Zihua and Ixtapa.
This couple learned the presence of a private turtle release project close to Zihua during their tour.
The camp is set at the Petatillo beach, and Mr. Felixand, his wife, attended the turtle hatching project for over 16 years.
They have never had any financial support for their effort from the Mexican government, and recently in the last two years, they got all the attention they would have required in the whole 16 years.
The team says their work has been amazing, and the tour guide person who guides the tourists throughout whatever work never been doing is very passionate about what he does.
Not in many places do we get to see a tour guide who is passionate about his job, and when he is, we might clearly estimate the quality of the job being done there.
Julio is knowledgeable enough to talk about the whole state and other surrounding areas.
According to the recent news report, the couple has been leading a very simple life near the beach, and their complete focus has been on the turtle nest and protecting them with their life.
Mr. Felix takes an evening walk around 1:00 a.m. to look for fresh turtle nests and take a walk for around 3 miles from all the direction pointer from the camp location.
