A source that is very close to the actor said he wishes to be a great friend and the perfect father and for the same, the man has pledged to stay sober.

Ben Affleck is a father to three kids, 13 years old Violet, 10 years old Seraphina, and the youngest, 7 years old Samuel. He had all three of his kids with Jennifer. He and Jennifer separated in 2015 and were granted a divorce in 2018. Since then he is co-parenting all his kids with his ex-wife.

The source says that in his journey of sobriety, Jennifer has been a great support. They used to take their kids out on holidays to have perfect holiday time with the family.

The source also says that in the middle of everything Ben is also focused on his work. He keeps the perfect balance between work and family time and gives attention to his health as well.

He says Ben is also taking multiple treatments for his health and none of it is a barrier in his life rather these are all benefiting it by keeping him healthy.

The starting days are the hardest ones and for the same, he lived in the facility to take treatment for 40 days.
