Bethenny Frankel lashed out at Meghan Markle as she mocked the Duchess for complaining about her life in the Royal Family while earning millions.
As the former ‘The Real Housewives of New York’ star suggested prior to Meghan’s bombshell interview with Oprah, the Duchess of Sussex is pretending to be a victim while making massive deals with the media.
“Cry me a river,” the 50-year-old, who also appeared in Hollywood Hills 90028, wrote in one of her tweets.
“The plight of being a game show host, fairly unknown actress, to suffering in a palace, w tiaras & 7 figure weddings for TWO WHOLE YEARS to being a household name w @Oprah on speed dial, fetching 7 m for interviews, hundreds of millions in media deals.”
In another tweet that followed soon after, Frankel also suggested Prince Harry wasn’t to blame for the drama allegedly caused by his wife’s decision to speak out against the Royal Family.
“I [100%] give Harry a break. This isn’t the way to generate less press & cannot be filed under the guise of wanting privacy to prevent a repeat of previous events,” she wrote.
“If you hate me for saying it here don’t listen to my podcast #justbwithbethenny it’s littered with my opinion.”
Previously, on Saturday, The Real Housewives of New York star also took to Twitter to rant about the hype surrounding Meghan’s decision to speak out.
“Not since @MonicaLewinsky interview, have people been obsessed with a young female interview like this,” she said.
