Beyonce’s athletic-streetwear collaboration, Ivy Park x Adidas, officially went on sale on January 18.
The partnership between Beyoncé and Adidas is a gender-neutral capsule launch of clothing, accessories and footwear.
The capsule includes multipurpose jumpsuits, cargo pants, hoodies, cycling shorts, dresses, coats, backpacks and shoes. In the photos, Beyonce can be seen giving style inspiration wearing Adidas x IVY PARK capsule collection.
In the premiere image, Beyoncé wears a pair of utility-style Adidas track pants, paired with matching sports bra and unique detachable sleeves. She also dons a solar orange against the deep maroon fabric.
YOUR POWER, OUR PURPOSE. YOUR FREEDOM, OUR MISSION. YOUR STYLE, OUR MUSE,’ says the Adidas homepage.
Beyonce delivered her collection to some of her closest friends – from Kelly Rowland to Reese Witherspoon.
Witherspoon shared her unboxing video on January 15 which shows a bright orange wardrobe rack the size of a small U-Haul. In the clip she dons some of the Ivy Park pieces she received, including maroon leggings, sneakers, a workout dress, a couple of boxy tops and a maroon jumpsuit with orange vertical stripes against a bright orange background. She captioned the video, “Does this officially make me the newest member of the #BeyHive?”
Adidas x IVY PARK dropped online and in-store. Fans who have downloaded the mobile app will be allowed exclusive access to certain unknown items from the collection.
The line features tracksuits, bodysuits and jumpsuits as well as items like over-sized hoodies.
Ivy park name comes from Beyonce’s daughter Ivy Blue, and Parkwood Park in Houston where the singer used to go to exercise. Beyoncé first launched Ivy Park in partnership with TopShop, in 2016. At the end of 2018, Beyoncé took total ownership of the brand, and announced a partnership with Adidas last year.
