The 83-year-old American comedian has been jailed since September 2018 for drugging and sexually abusing a woman at his home in Cheltenham, Township, near Philadelphia, in 2004.

His recent photo, which was taken inside the State Correctional Institution in Phoenix, shows Cosby smiling towards the ground, with a face mask hanging below his chin.

Cosby looks different from the man photographed entering the prison more than two years ago.

In his first mugshot photo, a sad-looking Cosby was staring away from the camera.

The smile he sported in his new photo may be because of the fact that he is up for parole after serving two of his three to ten-year sentence.

After a decision that could assess the legal framework of #MeToo cases in June, Cosby was granted the right to appeal against his sexual assault conviction in the court.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has agreed to review two aspects, including the decision of the judge to let prosecutors call other accusers to testify about their encounters with Cosby.

The lawyers of the disgraced comedian have long challenged the testimony as unreliable and remote. Lawyer Brian W. Perry argued that allowing other accusers to testify “flips constitutional jurisprudence on its head and the ‘presumption of guilt’ rather than the presumption of innocence, becomes the premise.”

Also, the court will review his argument that he had an agreement with another prosecutor that he would never be charged.

The comedian said he believed in the agreement before testifying in the civil lawsuit of the accuser.

Days after the decision that the #MeToo movement needs to ‘clean up their act,’ the comedian’s wife Camille Cosby said she does not ‘care’ about the feelings of over 50 women who have accused her husband of sexually assaulting them.

When asked about the ‘blowback from the #MeToo movement and those who feel you are on the wrong side of the history,’ Camille responded: “First of all, I don’t care what they feel.”
