The Governor added that he wants to express the gratitude towards President Trump.
He added that he didn’t have to do this, he was a Republican president and Governor was a Democratic governor.
The Governor was removed from the office back in 2009 when the prosecutor said he was trying to sell the US Senate seat which was then vacated by Barack Obama after the presidential election.
Trump complained about the sentence against Blagojevich, who was charged with extortion, wire fraud and soliciting.
Trump said that it is unfair to give 14 years sentence; in his opinion, the verdict was stupid.
He cut short his sentence to eight years, and Blagojevich was not stopping from praising the President for cutting short his sentence.
While Trump’s decision as equally criticized by both, Republicans and Democrats, Blagojevich was extremely happy to get back to his family, early than his sentence tenure.
While addressing the crowd Governor added that Trump is a tough and outspoken man that often puts him in a bad light.
He further said that he and his family will always remember his act of kindness.
Blagojevich said that his move was to turn an injustice to justice and everyone should realize that.
Blagojevich further added that he is a Trumpocrat and he will continue to be one.
Since the beginning, Trump has been misunderstood by the officials and even the citizens as well.
Governor added that its time that people should start thinking differently about the president and acknowledge the great things done by him.
Whether people accept Trump or not, Blagojevich has been committed to Trump for his help.
