Black Lives Matter demonstrators were caught on camera accosting unsuspecting diners before stealing their drinks and smashing their glasses during a march in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
As the protesters took to the streets of Pittsburgh in response to a number of African-Americans who died or suffered severe injuries at the hands of the police, several demonstrators were recorded approaching an elderly white couple and hurling profanities at them.
“F*** the white people that built the system,” one of the protesters yelled as his companions called the diners an “embarrassment.”
In the footage that has been circulating the internet, one of the protesters is also seen walking up to the elderly couple’s table and downing their drink in front of them.
Before the group moved on and continued chanting ‘no justice, no peace’, another demonstrator is seen smashing a glass that was sitting on the couple’s table.
Similar incidents have been taking place across the country, whereas one group of protesters was caught on camera accosting diners in Rochester, New York, before smashing their plates and glasses and ordering the customers to leave.
The bullying of diners also took place in Washington DC where a group of white protesters shouted at a diner who, ironically, turned out to be a BLM supporter herself.
In a video taken by Washington Post reporter Fredrick Kunkle, the protesters were seen shouting at a female diner who refused to obey their orders.
As the group chanted ‘No justice, No peace’, several protesters accosted the woman and attempted to force her into raising her fist.
Following the aggressive stunt, the female diner who was shouted at by the protesters has been identified as Lauren Victor, a BLM supporter who allegedly participated in several marches herself.
As the victim told Kunkle, she supports Black Lives Matter but didn’t want to raise her fist because “it didn’t feel right” being “coerced” into doing it.
“In the moment, it didn’t feel right. I wasn’t actually frightened. I didn’t think they’d do anything to me. I’m very much with them. I’ve been marching with them for weeks and weeks and weeks,” Victor said.
In another footage that has been circulating the internet, the same mob of demonstrators was heard calling a couple ‘trash’ after they refused to comply with their demands.
