A blogger named Kasumi Kriss from the Netherlands talked about her digression from a vegan diet that she followed for 4 years. She noticed changes in herself after 3 weeks of eating high-quality meat.
Kasumi opted for a vegan diet to stay healthy and it really helped her for the first time. She saw improvement in her acne and pimples, her well-being also improved and she became more energetic. But she faced some problems with digestion at the beginning.
After 2 years, she suffered from acne, dryness, and irritation and her nails and hair became brittle. Not only this but her menstrual cycle stopped for 4 months due to stress on her body.
Once she decided to eat one boiled egg and it really affected her in a positive way. Her mood began to improve and she didn’t have any negative thoughts for the next 3 days.
