The movie’s sequel would likely start with the iconic Live Aid performance of July 1985, according to filmmaker Rudi Dolezal.

Dolezal said the Queen family was ‘heavily’ discussing the sequel.

‘I’m sure he [Queen’s manager Jim Beach] plans a sequel that starts with Live Aid,’ the music video director told Page Six.

Bohemian Rhapsody ends with the band’s Live Aid performance, which happens to be the time when Dolezal started working with Queen.

The music director said the follow-up movie would begin where the first one finished because it was one of the most iconic moments in rock history.
