Boris Johnson has been recently elected as the prime minister of Britain and he spoke in his first meeting of House of Commons.
While addressing the House of Commons, he targeted the leader of the opposition Jeremy Corbyn, for having his ties with the Iranian Mullahs, as he stated. He also dragged in a newspaper that he said is always printing in favor of the mullahs being blind to the truth.
While addressing the House he said that his fellow member Jeremy Corbyn is being paid by a newspaper who is always on the side of the Tehran mullahs, being blind to the truth of the tension that is going on between Tehran and Britain.
He said that the newspaper should rather than printing in favor of the Tehran Muallhs, should be printing about their well-wishers and friends in the USA.
Continuing on the topic he questioned “How on earth should we trust such a man with the security of our entire nation. This is no deal about a single house but of a country we all live in together.”
Recently the Stena Impero tanker was seized by Iran in the Strait of Hormuz, and this is what the commenting followed. The government of UK is stating the act as an act of piracy.
Jeremy Hunt during his campaign of the prime minister spoke to the parliament regarding the act and said that as per the international laws that govern all the countries and set boundaries, Iran had no right to step on the ship and board it.
He also added that Britain was working on establishing a protective barrier of force in the Gulf but London had a glitch as it was not seeking any confrontation from Iran.
